Return and Warranty Policy

            Your order is protected by DUNCA unconditional 30 days money back guarantee, that means if at any point within the first 30 days you changed your mind about our product or it doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it for a full refund or exchange for another color with a Return Merchandise Authorization under the following conditions:
  • The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its receipt, and must be in its original condition and package
  • The merchandise must not be used.
  • The merchandise must not be damaged.
  • The merchandise must precisely match product data records.
   Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that do not meet there requirements. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process an exchange based on your request.
 
How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange?
 
   To claim a return or exchange, please email us (sales1@dunca.com) to file a claim. Please include your order number, name, address, and phone number (including area code).
   Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, original package, and shipped within 30 days.
Please insure the merchandise against loss in transit and prepay freight, handling and shipping charges.
    After sending the returned merchandise, please send an email with the tracking number and date of shipping to: sales1@dunca.com. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials.
DUNCA will not be responsible for lost, stolen articles or damaged returned shipments.
Please remember to enclose a copy of the invoice you received with your shipment.
 
How Do I Get My Money Back After Returning The Package?
 
   After the package arrives at Dunca warehouse and after it’s been verified by our team, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 1 week for your account to be credited.
   The customer is responsable for the shipping cost back to us. Shipping charges for the original order, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable.
 
PHONE CASES WARRANTY TERM
 
   This warranty term covers all DUNCA phone cases. All DUNCA phone cases are covered by a limited product warranty (Limited Warranty) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months period following the original date of purchase (Warranty Period).
 
This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser of the DUNCA product.
 
   Warranty is valid only with the original purchase receipt and packing box. Warranty claims must be made directly to DUNCA.The purchase of any DUNCA product via a third party vendor will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy.
   If a substantial defect in material or workmanship arises with your DUNCA product, and a valid warranty claim is received by DUNCA within the warranty period, you are entitled to exchange your damaged product with a new one in the same color and series at no additional cost. The damaged product must be returned to DUNCA Warehouse in the original package and purchase receipt.
   If a package or an item is delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us (sales1@dunca.com) immediately.
   Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order.
